Zoom Phone users can check and manage their voicemail using any of the following methods:
Checking Voicemail Using the Zoom Web Portal
- Sign in to Brearley's Zoom web portal using your Brearley account
- Select Phone from the left navigation menu.
- Click the Voicemail & Videomail tab.
- If needed, select a date range to view voicemail messages received during a specific period.
Managing Your Voicemail Messages
Select a voicemail message to view the available options:
- Play: Listen to the voicemail message and view its transcript, when available.
- Download: Save the voicemail message as an MP3 file.
- Trash: Delete the selected voicemail message.
To delete multiple voicemail messages, select the checkbox next to each message and click Move to Trash at the top of the table.
Checking Voicemail Using the Zoom Desktop App
- Sign in to the Zoom desktop app using your Brearley account.
- Click the Phone tab.
- Click the Voicemail tab.
- Locate the voicemail message you want to hear.
- Click the Play button to listen to the message.
A transcript of the voicemail may also appear alongside the message when transcription is available.
Checking Voicemail Using the Zoom Mobile App
- Sign in to the Zoom mobile app using your Brearley account.
- Tap the Phone tab.
- Tap the Voicemail tab.
- Locate the voicemail message you want to hear.
- Tap the Play button to listen to the message.
A transcript of the voicemail may also appear alongside the message when transcription is available.
Checking Voicemail Using a Desk Phone
Your Zoom Phone desk phone may indicate that you have new voicemail messages in the following ways:
- The indicator light at the top-right corner of the phone flashes red.
- A voicemail notification is sent to your email, which may include the message as an attachment.
- The dial tone plays faster than usual for a few seconds when you pick up the handset.
- A message icon and the number of new messages appear on the phone’s Home screen.
