To update, please make sure all Microsoft apps are closed before running the updater. Here are the steps:
1. On any Microsoft app -> click Help - Check for Updates
2. The app will look for available updates once ready, close all Microsoft Apps and click Update All
3. This will begin the download and update process
4. Once updated, you will see the latest version and installation date
