Your desk phone allows you to listen to voicemail messages and record your voicemail greeting directly from the phone.
Accessing Your Voicemail
- Press the Messages
button on your phone
- Your phone will connect to your voicemail
Entering Your Voicemail PIN
- When prompted, enter your voicemail PIN.
- Press the # (pound) key.
Important
A default random 4-digit voicemail PIN is generated for your Zoom Phone account. To view or change your PIN:
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- Select Phone from the left navigation menu.
- Select Show PIN to see your current PIN, or click Edit to create a new one.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Zoom will send you an email confirmation after your PIN has been updated.
Listening to Your Voicemail
After entering your PIN, you'll hear the voicemail menu.
- Press 1 to listen to your voicemail messages.
- Press 2 to record or update your voicemail greeting.
The system will announce the number of new and saved voicemail messages.
Messages are played in the following order:
- New messages first
- Saved messages second
Before each voicemail, the system announces the caller's phone number (when available) and then plays the message.
Managing Voicemail Messages
After listening to a voicemail message, you can use the following options:
- Press 2 — Save the message.
- Press 3 — Delete the message.
- Press 4 — Replay the current message.
- Press 5 — Skip to the next message.
