You can personalize your Zoom Phone voicemail greeting either through the Zoom web portal or directly from your desk phone.

Setting Your Greeting Using the Zoom Web Portal

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal using your Brearley account.
2. Select Phone from the left navigation menu.
3. Click the Settings tab.
4. Scroll down to the Call Handling section.
5. Locate Greeting & Leave Voicemail Instruction.
6. Click Default to listen to the current voicemail greeting.
7. Click the Edit link next to the greeting.
8. Select Add Audio.

You can then choose one of the following options:

• Record a new voicemail greeting using your computer's microphone.
• Upload an existing audio file to use as your voicemail greeting.

Once your greeting has been recorded or uploaded, click Save to make it your active voicemail greeting.

Setting Your Greeting Using Your Desk Phone

Your desk phone allows you to record and update your voicemail greeting directly from the phone. To record:

1. Press the Messages button on your phone.
2. When prompted, enter your voicemail PIN followed by the # (pound) key.

After entering your PIN, you'll hear the voicemail menu.

• Press 2 to record or update your voicemail greeting.

Follow the voice prompts to record your new greeting. Once you're satisfied with the recording, save it to make it your active voicemail greeting.
