In the event of an emergency or drill, Ruvna will be used to account for all students, faculty, and staff. When you receive an alert, you’ll use the app to check yourself in and confirm attendance for those around you.
Please note
We require that all Faculty & Staff install the app on their phone, iPad, or school-issued computer, and keep a device with you during the day so you’re ready when alerts come through. If something isn’t working during a drill, a nearby colleague can help with attendance, but in a lockdown you may not be able to ask for assistance. It’s essential to make sure your device is set up and working properly.
If you run into any issues, reach out to the Technology Department as soon as possible.
