Adobe Creative Cloud is a set of applications that gives you access to a collection of software used for graphic design, video editing, web development, photography and more!
As a Brearley member, you can request a license for the following apps by submitting a request and providing a brief description on how you will use this software. If you have already received an email confirming that your license has been granted, please proceed directly to the installation step below.
Installation
Once your request is approved, follow the steps below for:
1. After your request has been approved, a member of the Technology team will direct you to Self Service. The requested app should now be under the Adobe category
2. Click Install and allow at least 5-10 minutes depending on your internet speed.
Please note
Self Service would show the Open button right away but the system will give you an error. Please allow a few minutes for the installation to complete. Do not click Open from Self Service.
3. To confirm if the installation has been successful, please go to the Applications folder and check the app.
4. Once confirmed, open the Adobe application. When prompted, sign in with Google using your brearley.org account to activate your license.
5. In Adobe Creative Cloud, browse and install the apps you need.
If additional Adobe apps are needed
You do not need to request them again. This license gives you access to all the Adobe Suite apps via the Creative Cloud. For more info, follow the steps below
Open the Creative Cloud app from the Applications Folder and install the available Adobe app
To keep track of your installation progress, click on the cloud symbol on the top right.
1. Once your license has been approved, access the Creative Cloud. Select Continue with Google and choose your brearley.org account.
2. If not previously installed, you may download the Adobe Creative Cloud app.
3. Once installed, open the Creative Cloud App and sign in with your Brearley email. This will open your Chrome browser to activate your license
.
4. Once signed in, you will get access to download any Creative Cloud application.
5. To keep track of your installation progress, click on the cloud symbol on the top right.
