Faculty and Students are eligible to use Google Takeout to easily migrate their account data to a different Gmail account while their current Brearley account is still active

All personal Google Accounts get 15 GB of storage at no charge. Please check your current storage via this link. If you need additional storage, you may sign up for a Google One Subscription
Getting Started
1. Go to your Google account using Google Chrome browser
2. Go to Transfer your content and click Start transfer
3. Under Enter a destination account, enter your personal Gmail address

The transfer process is only compatible with Gmail addresses. If you do not have a personal Gmail account, you can create one here.
4. Click SEND CODE
Please note
To ensure a seamless transition, use Google Chrome browser for your Brearley account and an alternative browser (i.e. Safari, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, etc.) for your personal Google account.
5. To proceed, go to your personal Gmail inbox and locate the code that has been sent to you

if you are unable to find it in your inbox, check your spam folder
6. Once you have located the code, enter it into the field under Enter code.
7. Click Verify
8. Toggle on or off the Google services that you would like to transfer. Then click START TRANSFER
9. Your transfer process will initiate!
