Faculty and Staff

Faculty and staff accounts have access to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) through their Brearley email account

Click here to to request a Microsoft License. Then, follow the instructions below in order to activate your subscription

Brearley-owned Devices:

The Microsoft Suite should already be installed in your device. If not, you may download apps from Self Service+

To activate your license:

1. Open Microsoft Word, Excel or Powerpoint.

2. Click Sign in or the Activate button

3. Enter your Brearley email address. Click Next

4. You will be prompted to sign in with your Brearley Google account

5. After signing in, your account will activate and give you access to the Microsoft Suite

Download Microsoft Office applications to your personal devices. 

You are able to download your Microsoft Office applications to your personal devices. You can download Microsoft Office to up to five (5) devices. Follow these steps to get started:

1. Go to https://office.com/signin
2. Enter your Brearley email address. Click “Next”
3. Enter your Brearley Google account.
4. On the Home tab, Click “Install apps" > “Microsoft 365” apps
5. Your Microsoft Office apps installation will commence.
